Whatever size meeting you are planning Resource Group AV can assist you. Whether you need speakers on sticks for a small room or want to fly the speakers from the ceiling, we can provide any amount of audio, lighting and video equipment.

In smaller meetings it is cost effective and practical to have equipment on the floor level, especially video screens and PA Speakers. At Corporate events though using ballrooms and conference centers, the audio, lighting and video is often flown from the ceilings.

Small line array speakers are perfectly designed to work in smaller environments for meetings and events without overpowering the look of the room. in fact these small line arrays do not weigh very much and can be flown from genie lifts or other ground supported truss for ease of use.

Lighting can either be used with poles and base stands or towers left and right of the stage, although often the truss is flown where the ceiling height allows to get the best spread of light.
